Time to Talk Next Steps

A free service to support young people 16-25 with additional needs to build confidence, provide motivation and make plans for the future.

The service is for young people who are experiencing anxiety, isolation and who have limited or no plans for the future. Young people may be in school or in college or have finished education and be unsure how to move forward.

The project is being delivered in partnership with national disability charity, Contact, who provide support, information and workshops for parents and carers on transition to adulthood.

Support can be individual or with others through peer support.

The service aims to help young people:

  • build up your confidence,
  • know your rights, and
  • recognise your own strengths so that you can move forward.
