Halton's local offer provides information for children and young people up to the age of 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) their parents or carers - all in one place.

The Local Offer is a user-friendly website produced for young people with SEN and/or disabilities (SEND), their parents, carers and professionals, providing information, resources and services from a range of local agencies including education, health and social care.
