Pupil Guide:

Parents/Carer Guide:

- Upload on to the school website
- Distribute during parents’ events
Teacher Guide:
- Share with form tutors and teaching staff so they are aware of the options and support available
MyFuture Transition Support Plan (TSP)
Utilise the Transition Support Plan to capture key information for pupils who are in a vulnerable category e.g. RONI.
This plan can be shared with post-16 providers to ensure continuity of support post-transition.
