• Continuous improvement in careers education against the Gatsby Benchmarks through ongoing investment in core careers infrastructure
• Implementation of a national work experience (WEx) guarantee (aligned to DfE statutory guidance), with a focus on schools serving disadvantaged communities, and delivered via intensive Careers Hub support for educators and employers (equalex pilot)
• Boosting Skills Pathways to ensure young people are supported into Apprenticeships and other Technical Education Pathways
