Join the Careers and Enterprise Company on Wednesday 16th July, 3:45-4:45pm to hear more about the Government's commitment for every young person to access high-quality, multiple workplace experiences, totalling 10 days' worth throughout secondary education. This new, modern approach to work experience will help young people make informed choices and improve career readiness and employability.
The equalex framework, developed by The Careers & Enterprise Company, plays a vital role in supporting the government's commitment and enables a wide range of high quality activities through a whole-school approach, effectively bridging the gap between the curriculum and the world of work. Find out more about the equalex learning outcomes and objectives and how you can make your provision more meaningful, in line with Gatsby Benchmark 6. The session will also cover how employers and providers are preparing to support the work experience guarantee and the direction of travel set out by DfE in the recent statutory guidance
